Indications & Dose:

Abdominal pain and discomfort, bloating, and altered bowel function in patients with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) whose main spain/discomfort and constipation.


Adult :6 mg tablet twice daily prior to a meal for one month.


Children: Safety and efficacy have not been established in paediatric patients. Safety and efficacy have not been established in paediatric patients. 


Dose Adjustment in renal impairment:


Mild to moderate impairment: no adjtstment required. Severe impairment : contraindicated


Dose Adjustment in Hepatic impairment:


Mild to moderate impairment: no adjtstment required. Severe impairment : contraindicated


Dietry consideration: Take on empty stomach 30 minutes before meal

Contraindications:

 Hypersensitivity to the active substance or to any of the excipients.

Side Effects:

Abdominal pain, nausea, flatulence , headache, dizziness, back pain and influenza-like symptom
