DIOCTAHEDRAL SMECTITE

Indications & Dose:

Symptomatic treatment of painful symptoms associated with  oesophago-gastro duodenal & colonic diseases, acute & chronic diarrhea.

BY MOUTH

Adult: 9mg daily in 2-3 divided doses, mixed in glass of water, in acute diarrhea dose can be doubled, at the begining of treatment, adminster preferably after meal in oesophagitis. 

Children: 3mg daily in 1 year  in, 1-2 years 3-6mg, daily in divided doses.
