HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE

Indications & Dose:

Treatment of hypertension, angina & peripheral vascular disease & for patients in whom combination therapy is appropriate. BY MOUTH Adults: 1 tablet daily, dose may be increased depending upon response.Children: Not recommended.

Interaction:

Zamlo-H has been safely administered with beta blockers. ACE inhibitors, Nitrates, Sublingual Nitroglycerine, NSAIDs. Antibiotics and oral hypoglycemic drugs.

 Orthostatic hypotension, Nausea, vomiting, Headache, Flushing, Diarrhoea constipation & a feeling of fatigue caused by a decrease in blood pressure.
