Indications & Dose:

Calium antagonist/angiotensin II antagonist. 



Adults: 1 tab/day


.Children: Not recommended

Contraindications:

Pregnancy. Biliary cirrhosis or cholesta-sis

 Patients with activated renin-angioten-sion system who are receiving angiotesion receptor blockers; hepatic impairment or biliary obstructive disorders; CrCI <10 mL/min; aortic or mitral stenosis or obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. Hy-perkalaemia. Lactation

Interaction:

 K supplements, K-sparing diuretics, K-containing salf substitutes or other drugs that may increase K levels (heparin, etc).

Adverse Effects:

Nasopharyngitis, flu. Headache. Oedema (pitting, facial, peripheral), fatigue, flushing, asthenia, hot flush.
