Indications & Dose:
Eadjunct in stable patients with left ventricular dysfunction with evidence of heart failure following myocardial infraction.
Adult: Initially 25mg daily, increased with 4 weeks to 50mg once daily
Child: Not recommended
Contraindications:
hyperkalemia.
Side Effects:
Bradycardia, hypotension, diarrhea, gastritis, nausea, vomiting hyperkalemia, hyponatremia
