Indications & Dose:
Symptomatic relief of allergy such as hay fever, urticaria | Pruritus
Adult: 4 mg 3 times a day, OR
Syp. Under 2 years not recommended, 2-6 year
2mg 2-3 times daily, max:12mg daily, 7-14 years
4mg 23 times daily, max:16mg daily.
Migraine : 4mg with a further 4mg after 30 minutes if necessary, maintainance: 4mg ever 4-6 hours.
Syp: two Tsp thrice daily
Contraindications:
Acute asthma attack, lower respiratory tract disease lactation and neonates.

CNS: Anxiety, confusion, dizziness, drowsiness, euphoria, fatigue, neuritis, paresthesia, poor coordination
CV: Hypotension, palpitations, tachycardia
EENT: Blurred vision, dilated pupils; dry nose, throat, mouth; nasal stuffiness; tinnitus
GI: Anorexia, constipation, diarrhea, dry mouth, nausea, vomiting, weight gain
GU: Dysuria, frequency, retention
RESP: Chest tightness, increased thick secretions, wheezing
SKIN: Photosensitivity, rash, urticaria
MISC: Increased appetite
