BAMBUTEROL HYDROCHLORIDE

Indications & Dose:

Asthma (patients who have previously tolerated beta2- agonists) | Other conditions associated with reversible airways obstruction (patients who have previously tolerated beta2-agonists)



Adult: 20 mg once daily, dose to be taken at bedtime


Airways disease, obstructive  Asthma (patients who have not previously tolerated beta2-agonists) | Other conditions associated with reversible airways obstruction (patients who have not previously tolerated beta2-agonists)


Children:  5-10mg at night.



Adult: Initially 10 mg once daily for 1–2 weeks, then increased if necessary to 20 mg once daily, dose to be taken at bedtime

HEPATIC IMPAIRMENT Avoid in severe impairment.


RENAL IMPAIRMENT Reduce initial dose by half if eGFR less than 50 mL/minute/1.73m2.associated with reversible airway obstruction.
