LAMIVUDINE (3TC)+STAVUDINE+NEVIRAPINE

Indications & Dose:

Treatment of HIV-infection.

• BY MOUTH

Adults:

<60 kg: 1 tab of 30mg every hours. >60kg: 1 tab of 40mg every 12

Children:

>14 days,<30 kg1mg stavudine/kg every 12 hrs. >30 kg: Same as dose. Neonates    <2   weeks:    500    meg stavudine/kg every 12 hrs.
