Indications & Dose:

In male: Hypogonadotrophic hypogonadism, delayed puberty associated with insufficient gonadotrophic pituitary function, cryptorchism In Female: Ovulation induction, due to anovulation. 


DOSE 
Male:
 Adult: Hypogonadotrophic hypgonadism: 1000-2000 iu 2-3 times/week.  If the main complain is sterility in combina-tion with menotrophin (75 iu 2-3 times/week for atleast 3 months). Delayed puberty associated with insufficient gonadotrophic pituitary function: 1500 iu 2-3 times a week for atleast 6 months. Cryptorchism: under 2 years of age 5001000 iu twice weekly for 6 weeks can be repeated.
Female Adult: Ovulation induction due to anovulation or impaired follicle ripening: one inj 5001000 iu to complete treatment with menotrophin preparation. Ovulation  induction in con-trolled hyper stimulation rigemn to prepare follicle for function, upto 3 repeated injs of 5000 iu within the following 9 days.

Side Effects:

Oedema, headache, tiredness, mood changes,sensitivity reaction, sexual precocity

Cautions:
