Indications & Dose:

Sjögren’s syndrome. Senile and menopausal/ postmenopausal dryness of the cornea and conjunctiva. Infrequent blinking (for example during anaesthesia or during coma in an intensive care unit). Insufficient lid closure or reduced corneal sensitivity

Contraindications:

 Known hypersensitivity to one of the components of the gel. Contact lenses should not be worn during treatment

May temporarily affect visual acuity. Hence, patients driving vehicles or operating machinery should be alerted to this possibility.
