Indications & Dose:

Raised intraocular pressure in open angle glaucoma and occular hypertension.
DOSE


Adult: Apply 1 drop once daily, preferably in  the evening.
Children: Not recommended

Side Effects Or Adverse Reactions:

CV: Angina, chest pain
EENT: Blurred vision, burning, conjunctival hyperemia, conjunctivitis, discharge from eye, dry eye, eye pain, foreign body sensation, increased pigmentation of iris, itching, diplopia, lid crusting, lid discomfort, lid edema, lid erythema, photophobia, punctate epithelial keratopathy, retinal artery embolus, retinal detachment, stinging, tearing, vitreous hemorrhage from diabetic retinopathy
MS: Arthralgia, myalgia
SKIN: Rash also headache, ocular pruritus, photophobia, and keratitis reported; rarely hypotension, bradycardia, conjuctivitis, browche.
