Erlotinib

Indications & Dose:

Treatment of patients with locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer after failure of at least one prior chemotherapy regimn. 

• BY MOUTH

150mg taken at least one hour before or two hours after the ingestion of thge food, when dose adjustment is necessary, reduce in 50mg steps.

Known hypersensitivity to the drug.
