Vinorelbine

Indications & Dose:

Advanced breast cancer, non-small cell lung cancer.
DOSE Administered i/v 30mg/m2 over 6-10 minutes weekly

Contraindications:

Patient with granulocyte <1000 cells/mm3 

Side Effects:

Granulocytopenia, peripheral neuropathy, alopecia, shortness of breath, nausea, vomiting. 

Cautions:

Bone marrow depression, neuropathy & pregnancy
