| Clinical Features | Clinical feature: 1. This is an anovular type dysfunctional uterine Bleeding, (acyclical). 2. It continues (2-8) weeks and can be so heavy as to threaten life. 2. It may preceeded by short period of ammenorrhoea. 3. The bleeding is always painless. 4. It occurs most commonly during the few years proceeding menopause. 5. Occasionally young may be the sufferer. 6. O/E- uterus soft tender & ovary shows cystic changes. |
