Adults: Insert 1cm into lower conjunctival sac 5 times daily at 4 hourly intervals, continue for minimum 3 days after healing. OR 2-3 drops 3-4 times daily


Children: Same dose.


PREGNANCY AND LACTATION: Pregnancy ; crosses placenta, teratogenic in rabbits and mice; no data available for breast feeding but shown to have tumorgenicity in animal studies
