Contraindications:

Viral fungal, tubercullous or prulent infection, dentritic ulcers, glaucoma.

Cautions:

Prolonged used in pregnancy. When transfering patients from systemic steriod, recent nasal ulcers, trauma or surgery.

Precautions:

Avoid in the presence of untreated nasal infections. After nasal surgery till healing has occurred. Pulmonary tuberculosis.
