Indications & Dose:

Reduction of intra-ocular pressure in ocular hypertension and open-angle glaucoma either as adjunct to betablockers or prostaglandin analogues or used alone in patients unresponsive to beta-blockers or if betablockers contra-indicated


TO THE EYE


Adult: Apply twice daily, then increased if necessary up to 3 times a day


 

Contraindications:

Hyperchloraemic acidosis

Cautions:

Renal tubular immaturity or abnormality. systemic absorption follows topical application
