Abdominal mass, abdominal rigidity, abdominal rebound tenderness

Dd:

Small bowel obstruction, amyloidosis, ulcerative colitis, intestinal carcinoma, sprue, appendicitis, lymphomas, TB, acute infectious enteritis, diver­ticulitis

Granulomatous response of the small intestine or colon to an unknown agent resulting in ulcer and fistula formation in the bowel
