Sign:

Ankle clonus, Babinski's sign, Brudzinski's sign,Cheyne-Stokes respiration, dysdiadochokinesia, hypertonicity, hyperventilation or hypoventilation, convulsions, : Kernig's sign, neck stiffness, papilloedema, spastic paralysis, abnormal re­flexes, intention tremor

Dd:

Cerebral tumours, trauma, subdural haemato-mas, cerebral infections, TB, cerebral abscess, hypoglycaemia, migraine

Phys:

Due to arterial atherosclerosis, cerebral emboli, cerebral haemmorhage, severe hypotension, ar­terial spasm, cerebral hypoxia, cerebral thrombo­sis or arterial aneurysm
