Splenomegaly, hepatomegaly, adenitis

Other viral and bacterial infections, diphtheria,hepatitis, rubella, toxoplasmosis, cytomegalovi rus infection, encephalitis, leukaemia, lymphoma, aplastic anaemia, drug reactions
