Immunology for HCG in urine (+), S.HCG (+), Hb(L)

Sign:

Areolar pigmentation, blue cervix and vagina,chloasrna, Hegar's sign, spider naevi, bounding pulse, abdominal mass, pitting oedema (pre eclampsia)

Dd:

Uterine tumours, pseudocyesis, uterine fibroids,hysteria, anorexia nervosa, other psychologicaleaand pathological causes of amenorrhoea

Phys:

Blood and urine levels of HCG rise after the 25th day from conception (39th day from last period), and fall after 20 weeks
