Indications & Dose:

Treatment of oestrogen deficiency symptoms in natural or artificia; menopause,vasomotor symptoms after menaupause, involutional signs of the skin and urogenital tract. Prevention of loss of bone mass casused by estrogen deficiency.
DOSE Adult One tab a day for 21 days. Children Not applicable 

Contraindications:

Pregnancy, lactation, severe disturbance of liver function, hypersensitivity, persistant itching during previous pregnancy, previous or existing liver tumour, tumour of the utrous, ovaries or breast or a suspicious of such tumours, endometriosis, existing or previous thromboembolic process, severe diabetes mellitus, with vascular changes, sickle cell anemia, disturbances of lipometabolism, a history of herpes of pregnancy, otoscelerosis, with deterioration during pregnancy, undiagnosed vaginal bleeding

Side Effects:

Nausea, vomiting, weight loss, breast tenderness, and enlargement, withdrawal bleeding, sodum retention with edema, liver function disorder, rashes, headache

Cautions:

Precautions:

Hypertension, myocardial or renal disturbance, varicose veins, epilepsy, cloasma, uterine fibromyomata>examine B.P,pelvic organ and breasts before and regularly during tratment

Interaction:

Diuretics, antihypertensive, liver enzyme inducing drugs
